Most people are aware of the dangers of excessive drinking. However, few people realise that they are regularly drinking at levels that place their physical and mental health at risk and as a result often deflect alcohol misuse as someone else’s problem.
Scottish Governments Alcohol Behaviour Change Campaign is targeted towards women aged 30-50 and aims to education them about how many units they’re drinking and how to make some small lifestyle changes to help cut back alcohol consumption.
To make a positive change head online and take the Wine Guess Challenge. You’ll also find lots of other online tools, information and resources at www.drinksmarter.org that can help keep you on track.
